Rutgers to require booster shots for students and staff

Rutgers has joined a growing list of schools putting new COVID-19 protocols in place ahead of the spring semester. The school is now requiring a booster for all students and employees — except those with a medical or religious exemption — after being the first college in the nation to mandate vaccines.
